Changing filters- free of charge, checking and changing belts as required, checking all operating and safety controls,
checking compressors suction and discharge pressures, adding oil to compressors circuits if required, checking and tightening electrical connections,
checking proper fan and motor rotations, acid clean evaporator and condenser coil as required.
Submit to the owner a report of equipment condition after each maintenance inspection.
Any troubleshooting at the time of the service, customer will pay just for the parts.
Labor included in the contract.
Adding 1 pound of Freon-22,410a to system will be free of charge as long there's no contradictory with the EPA regulation.
